      丝杠及预紧装置采用预拉丝杠和精密丝杠轴承，保证了产品尺寸精度，有效解决客户加工精度的要求。

      刀具系统采用Y轴动力头加排刀换刀方式或者采用Y轴动力头加刀塔方式，Y轴动力头可针对客户的不同需求量身定制，可将零件在一次装夹下完成车、铣、钻、攻牙等加工要求，增加了客户生产效率。

      The base bed is integrally cast and widened and extended base. The 30°C inclined bed structure has high stability and shock absorption performance. It adopts symmetrical design, the guide rail increases the span, the reasonable guide rail length ratio, and the high quality casting material vibrates. The aging treatment eliminates the internal stress of the casting and ensures the stability of the machine.

      The system adopts a new generation system with high quality performance, and its convenient operation greatly facilitates the use requirements of customers.

      The lead screw and pre-tensioning device adopt pre-drawing rod and precision screw bearing to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product and effectively solve the requirements of customer processing precision.

      The tool system adopts the Y-axis power head plus the knife change tool or the Y-axis power head plus the turret. The Y-axis power head can be tailored to the different needs of customers. The parts can be finished and milled in one setup. Processing requirements such as drilling, tapping, etc., increase customer productivity.
