    机器特点

      液压尾座是用于配合主轴支承工件或工具的部件，可供客户加工长轴类零件时，使用其顶尖顶紧工件，保证加工的稳定性。

      The base bed is integrally cast and widened and extended base. The 30°C inclined bed structure has high stability and shock absorption performance. It adopts symmetrical design, the guide rail increases the span, the reasonable guide rail length ratio, and the high quality casting material vibrates. The aging treatment eliminates the internal stress of the casting and ensures the stability of the machine.

      The system adopts a new generation system with high quality performance, and its convenient operation greatly facilitates the use requirements of customers.

      The lead screw and pre-tensioning device adopt pre-drawing rod and precision screw bearing to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product and effectively solve the requirements of customer processing precision.

      The tool system adopts the Y-axis dynamic turret method, and the Y- axis dynamic turret can complete the machining requirements of turning, milling, drilling and tapping under one clamping.

      The hydraulic tailstock is a part used to support the workpiece or tool supported by the spindle. When the customer can process the long shaft type parts, the top end is used to tighten the workpiece to ensure the stability of the processing.
